Construction at the North Quad is officially complete! Units are now move-in ready.
June 2024
The North Quad is now paved, with interior and exterior painting currently underway. All stairwells and washrooms in both buildings are nearing completion, as Beedie crews progress towards completion later this summer.
March 2024
Both buildings at the North Quad are now fully tilted, with roofing successfully completed on Building B and metal decking underway at Building A!
February 2024
Construction of the North Quad is making significant progress, with Building B panels lifted and structural steel underway. The Building A panel lift will be complete in the coming days with steel structure following right behind!
